Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Shipping charges:

• Orders above AED 100 — free shipping
• Orders below AED 100 — flat rate of AED 20

We currently ship within the UAE, using a trusted third-party delivery partner.

Damaged or lost items:
Florence Fragrances carefully packages every order to arrive safely. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@florencefragrances.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging — we'll assist you in filing a claim directly with our delivery partner.

Please note delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (weather, high demand periods, courier delays).
